Farron Bernhardt, General Manager of Foundation House brings twenty nine years of experience in the Senior Housing Profession. Farron has worked throughout the United States in various Senior Level Leadership roles and prides his career on making a difference in some small way each and every day in the life of those he serves.

Attention to detail and the ability to listen to the residents are the keys to a successful Retirement Community. Farron has learned over the course of the years that all the answers lie within the customer base including families, friends and the community.

Setting the bar high is the leadership style at Foundation House with a team of dedicated professionals to cater to your every need.

No, is not part of the vocabulary used by the staff at Foundation House and "maybe" always means we will find a way!

Farron holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado.

He is formerly from Loveland Colorado and resides in Seattle where he enjoys outdoor recreation and theatre.

 

Treavor Hudgens

Executive Chef

Treavor Hudgens, Executive Chef for Foundation House is a skilled Chef that brings a broad base of experience. Treavor has proven cooking techniques including specialized training with Italian and Latin cuisines and has a Culinary Arts Degree from the prestigious California Culinary Academy.

To enhance and master his skills he lived and trained in Italy to prepare him for his career. He also trained and worked his way form Sous Chef to Head Chef at Seattle’s well known and upscale Mexican/Southwestern Cactus Restaurant.

In his spare time, he enjoys visiting new Restaurants in the Seattle area to review menus and preparation techniques so as to stay on top of his skills and be sure that he is leading and not following the profession.

Treavor and his team of culinary and service professionals pride themselves daily with providing nutritious and tantalizing choices every day preparing over 100,000 meals per year.

He has written several recipes for a well known Seattle Restaurant of which have been featured on The Rachel Ray vacation segment of the Food Channel. The goal of the culinary team is to provide for not only a dining experience but a memorable dining experience!

He is originally from the Central Coast of California and enjoys time with his wife and adorable son.
