About Us

The Foundation House at Bothell is a senior retirement home established by the Seattle Education Foundation whose vision was to create a community that would not merely house seniors but give them a beautiful high quality place to call home. Following the principles embraced by the Foundation, the new senior community has a convenient location, offers comfortable and pleasant apartment homes, provides attractive common areas that meet the needs of active residents, and provides a friendly helpful staff who understand the needs, preferences, and concerns of residents.

Located just two blocks south of beautiful downtown Bothell and the Park at Bothell Landing, The Foundation House is immediately adjacent to the Northshore Senior Center and meshes seamlessly with a larger community that is especially hospitable to active seniors. Because each individual resident has distinctive needs, apartment homes are offered in a number of floor plans that vary according to individual needs and preferences.

Foundation House at Bothell’s mission is to go above and beyond being an ordinary retirement community. We are dedicated to providing a real home for active seniors.
